"Great sales force and service techs. I recently purchased (Dec 09) a 1200L with Touring package using the current incentive of trading your old bike and receive $500 over trade-value. My problem, I was not able to bring my old bike to the dealer. (Too cold and no way to transport) Tonya and Rich provided a great solution. They will deliver my new Harley and pick-up my old bike at the same time. I live in Radcliff, so this was quite a deal for me. I am sure other Harley dealers would balk at such an arrangement, however, Harley-Davidson of Louisville came through with a workable solution. These are great people who make you feel comfortable and go the extra mile to assist you. No better bike dealership then them. I will buy and do my services from them! "

"i had a problem with my bike being under water. it took 3 and a half months to get it straightened out with the insurance company. harley of louisville could have just have just treated me like a normal customer. instead, they went out of the way to be my friend also. they wrote letters to help me, they answered questions, and when i would come in, they would ask how things were going. in a society where it seems that no one cares, harley of louisville stands out as a great place to buy and even a better place to stop in . the ultimate act was that even while the insurance adjuster was still writing the paper work, i went out to the front and bought another bike. i wouldn't dream of going anywhere else to buy because all my friends are there. it has been a great experience"

After getting home to CA, a snap had malfunctioned and needed replacing. I say again because this is the second H-D Custom Softail I have purchased in the past 9 months. And, just as with the first buying experience, this one was equally as enjoyable. I wasn't looking to upgrade my '07 so soon, but when I saw that '09, well, you get the picture.. Pat Risner was my salesrepresentative. Pat was most knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He pointed out the suttle differences between my '07 and '09 models, diffences that I may have overlooked. "I can't tell you enough how much I love my new 09 Soft Tail Custom. Even though it's been cold and I've only ridden it a few miles, I can already tell I am sure I made the right purchase. The new promotion you have with me being able to trade in my 07 Sportster just makes it that much better. "Actually, I purchased two (2) new Harleys in 2008 from Harley D. Louisville. Like many people, I decided I wanted to upgrade within months after buying my first new Harley (Actuaslly, these were my first Harley(s) ever!).
I believe I was treated fairly in both of my purchases, and ALL of the HD Louiseville STAFF went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. Everyone in all departments worked with me to make my Harley(s) my own personal bike(s). And, I did customize them with many accessaries that were proffesionally installed.
I was treated with courtesy and respect at this dealership. It was a good experience (both times. I actually enjoy visiting this dealership - they have became friends.
So you will understand, my first Harley was a Dyna-Low Rider and the second one is a Softail Deluxe. You might ask why I would do this. The answer is simple! My wife and I enjoyed riding so much (more than we expected) and, we decided to get a bigger (more confortable for her) bike for longer trips.
I would definately reomend HD Louiseville to anyone who is intersted in buying a Harley (New or Used). They did what they said and delivered on their word. Great bunch of People!

"I purchased a 2007 Softail Custom in September of this year. The salesman's name was John Bryant. From the very first minute I walked into H-D of Louisville, until the moment I rode out on my new Harley, my buying experience can only be described as fantastic! There was no pressure, no hard sell, none of the annoyances one would find at other vehicle purchasing facilities, i.e car dealerships. I found the bike I wanted, contacted John, the paperwork was prepared, explained and completed in a quick, efficient and timely manner, and in no time at all, I was riding my Harley! I had the pleasure of meeting several of the other employees at H-D of Louisville, (Sales Manager, Parts Dept. personnel, Clothing and Accessories staff etc. etc.) all of whom were very friendly and cordial. They really made me feel special! I loved it! No where else have I ever felt this welcomed and treated so warmly. " Just thought I would drop you a line and tell you about the Great Service I received at Harley-Davidson Louisville. Sunday 8 June the H.O.G. Chapter had a dinner run to Leavenworth IN. It was a great ride and good food. On the way home my Exhaust "Y" on the rear cylinder spit. I rode into the Service Department at 9 am on Monday morning (w/o Appt). I talked to Mark about my problem. I then explained to him I needed it back fast so we could go to the KY State H.O.G. Rally. He did not have the part in stock. But, was able to order it and get me back on the road. I picked up my Ultra on Tuesday 10 June. The repair and service was GREAT! I would like to thank you all for all your support. It is nice to know that they will do anything to meet peoples deadlines. Breakdowns always happen when you have something planned. I know that Harley-Davidson Louisville has people that really care. "We came in looking for a windshield for my wife's bike ('07 Dyna Low Rider) and Mark McGee was the gentlemen at the parts counter that helped us. He was fabulous, he talked to us as people not as "customers that were bothering him" as we see in some companies. He checked on everything that we asked of him and also was able to get us into the service department to install the windshield and also get my 1000 mile service. When we come back we will definately find Mark for assistance. Others in the Store were helpful but Mark really stood out as top notch.
