On April 16, 2013 I bought my 4th Harley over the past 9 years. My salesman each time was John Bryant. I was deciding between a Road Glide Ultra or a Road Glide Custom. Over the past 9 years of knowing John he was very helpful in making my decision which he said the Custom would be better for me because of the size and weight difference. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly every time you go in there to buy a part or just to ask him a question. I still have the 2008 Ultra Classic I bought from him in 2008. I would recommend seeing John if you are buying a bike for he will make your purchase easier and will take the time to answer any and all questions you have.

I went to Louisville HD to look at a trike brand that they no longer sell. I had narrowed my decision to buy that brand or another trike brand. Tim Cardin greeted me and I explained what and why I was looking for a trike. He was not familiar with the brand that Louisville HD had handled, since they did not have it when he started with them. He did know about the other brand and told that it would not meet my needs. He recommended a trike and showed me the 2008 Suzuki C90 Jackal that I purchased. Due to back pain and spasms, I was ready to buy just looking at it. Tim insisted that I take it for a test drive because trikes handle differently than a bike. He provided excellent information about what to expect when riding a trike. If he had not advised me about what to expect, I would have assumed that the front end of the trike was about to fall off and returned to the dealer. Tim is an excellent example of a 'customer-focused' salesperson. He put me and my needs above any commission that he would receive on the sale of the trike. This is our second purchase from Louisville HD. About four years, we purchased a 2006 Yamaha 1100 for my wife. We received the same excellent service from the sales staff. I want to thank Louisville HD for their willingness to accept metric bikes in trade and to sell metric bikes. I, and many others, would love to have a Harley, but we are unable to afford a Harley. We have purchased 3 Motorcycles from this dealership would not purchase one from anyother dealer. The selection is awesome and the service is outstanding!! We actually purchased apparel on this visit and have always had great service in this department as well. We enjoy the new items to choose from and look forward to searching for new and unique clothing to purchase. I will also add we have always had great service with the parts department!

Every time I shop there or just stop by everyone is very helpful, I'm always said hi or waved to. And this is why I only have my bike serviced there, why I shop there and why I just stop by and say hi sometimes. I think I need to bring you guys some doughnuts or a case of beer or something. On December 1 2012 my wife and myself went to Louisville Harley Davidson to enter in the chili cook off and she had won !! we then waited for the auction and I had ended up buying a motorcycle from the auction. I would personally like to thank Tim Bradford, Tyler Huber, Mark McGee, John Bryant, James Davidson and Sharon K in motor clothes. All I can say if this is a all star staff that knows the customers and greets them with a smile and makes them feel welcome. I wish all Harley shops were this friendly. I was from out of town and been on the road for 12 days when my bike started to have a problem, I call ahead and they bought me right in. decided to stop in on way back home to tn. 7/22/2012 ,it was a little crazy getting there ,but it was worth the stop ,the parts staff was outstaning ,had a question about the tour pak lighting kit ,got a truthfuly answear didn,t like it so i got kit anyway . the young lady in motor clothes was outstanding so i brought A WICKING SHIRT also . this a great dealership i really love the store layout,will be in stopping in again real soon 5 star to the staff.
